- If you need a logo on a procurement form your CFO recognizes — we don't have it yet.
- If you need 99.99% SLA in writing — we offer it on Enterprise tier, not on Free / Indie.
- If you need a 24/7 white-glove customer success team — we're lean by design.
- If your buying process requires a 60-slide vendor deck — we send a pricing page.
How to try it
Use the free tier for a week. If it works, upgrade. If not, send us the use case we missed — we'll tell you honestly whether it's on the roadmap.
