Privacy Policy

Elite AI Holdings LLC operates PhotoSafe at photosafe.eliteaiempire.com. This policy describes what we collect and what we cannot collect.

What we hold

• Your e-mail address, to identify the account and to write to you about it.
• Encrypted blobs: your photos, their filenames and their dates, all encrypted on your device with a key derived from a passphrase we never receive.
• Object metadata we can read: the number of objects, each encrypted size, timestamps, and the SHA-256 of each file's plaintext (used for deduplication — see Security).
• Request logs including IP address, retained 30 days, for abuse and fault diagnosis.

What we cannot hold

Your passphrase, any key derived from it, or any photograph in readable form. We cannot reset a passphrase, recover a library, decrypt anything on request, or produce a readable copy in response to a legal demand. We would produce the ciphertext and the metadata listed above, which is all we have.

Who else sees it

Ciphertext is stored with Cloudflare, Inc. (R2 object storage). Transactional e-mail is sent through our own mail server. Site analytics are self-hosted (Plausible), cookie-free and not shared. We do not use advertising networks, we do not sell or share personal data, and we do not train any model on your data.

Your rights

Access and portability: the export endpoint returns everything, at any time, without asking us. Deletion: deleting an object removes it from object storage; deleting the account removes every object and the account record. Write to legal@eliteaiempire.com for anything else, including GDPR and CCPA requests; we answer within 30 days.

Children

PhotoSafe is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly create accounts for them.

Changes

Material changes will be e-mailed to account holders before they take effect. Last updated: September 2026.
