An agreement between you and Elite AI Holdings LLC ("we", "us") for the PhotoSafe service.
PhotoSafe is in private beta. It is provided to invited accounts free of charge, without any service level commitment, and it may change or be interrupted. Do not use the beta as your only copy of anything irreplaceable.
Encryption keys are derived from a passphrase held only by you. If you lose it, your data is unrecoverable by any party including us. You accept this as the direct consequence of the privacy property the service provides.
You may not use PhotoSafe to store content that is unlawful where you are or where we operate, and you may not use it to distribute malware or to infringe copyright. Because content is encrypted we cannot inspect it; enforcement is therefore limited to acting on reports and on lawful orders, which we do by suspending the account, not by decrypting it.
No paid plan is currently offered and no payment can be taken. If paid plans launch, prices, billing terms and a refund policy will be presented before any charge and will not be applied retroactively to the beta.
You may close your account at any time. If we terminate the service, we will give at least 60 days' notice and the export endpoint will remain available throughout that period.
The beta is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you have paid us, which during the beta is zero. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
